Rains Likely to Hit Telangana for Next Two Days

Hyderabad: It is a known fact that there has been widespread rainfall across Telangana for the past one week. The projects in the State have become full due to heavy rains and floods. The Hyderabad Meteorological Centre has predicted light to moderate rainfall for the next two days.

According to the met department officials, light to moderate rainfall was likely to occur on the 7th and 8th of this month. There is a possibility of rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning. There is a possibility of strong winds blowing at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour.

Heavy rains are likely to occur at isolated places in Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Bhupalapalli, Mulugu, Warangal and Hanumkonda districts. Adilabad, Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumkonda, Janagam, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Mahbubnagar, Narayanpet, Gadwal and Vanaparthi districts are likely witness thunderstorms. There is a possibility of the thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds.
